
All orders placed before 7 PM will be delivered next day between 10 AM – 7 PM. Our delivery executive will call you once they reach the location/address provided by you. We provide express delivery* as well, whereby buyers have an option to get the products delivered the same day, however it is at an additional cost irrespective of the order value, which shall be conveyed to you via WhatsApp or Email. In case you wish to opt for express delivery then please write to us on hello@lovepepo.com or Whatsapp on +91 7021024316, after placing the order on our website or mobile app. *(Express Delivery shall be subject to availability of our delivery executive and the final location of delivery of the product. We hold the right to offer or reject Express Delivery)
There is no delivery charge levied on order value above Here also we need to have ₹350 (Rupees Three Hundred & fifty only). Order of value less than Rs.250 will be charged additionally for delivery and cost for the same shall be intimated via email and/or WhatsApp. For customers who would like to pick up the product from our production unit, may contact us via email, phone or WhatsApp. Cash mode of payment is only acceptable for customers who are willing to pick up their order directly from our production unit (Please Tender Exact Change).
Cancellation & Refund Policy:Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our production unit. As we offer food products, we do not offer any refunds, exchange, or return the product.
If you claim a product was damaged during delivery or an incorrect product was delivered, then please contact us via phone, email or WhatsApp (Contact details are available on our website) within 12 hours of the delivery of the product. We will issue a product in lieu of the damaged or incorrect product; within 24 – 48 hours, once it is verified that the product was damaged/faulty. Please ensure that the product to be returned is not tampered with or consumed.
In case the product is not sealed/ leakage/ broken products – clear images or video of the non-sealed/ leaking/ broken products along with clear images or video of spillage (if any), product packing and outer packaging images too. Please also send images to show seal has been tampered with if that is the claim along with the above.
In case the product received is empty or volume of the product is less or product is missing in the package or a wrong product has been delivered- clear images or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ or product missing/ or wrong product delivered along with clear images or video of spillage (if any wherever applicable), product packing and outer packaging images too.

Exchange of product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; dislike of color that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable. No cash refunds are permitted.
